Skeletons – Zelena Hull

Skeletons

An upbeat and bubbly song about people running from the skeletons hiding in their closets. 🙂 It reminds me of the horror for kids genre. This was one of my first songs I ever wrote. I used to read a lot of the Goosebumps series as a kid and loved Halloween. This draws heavily from those experiences. It is neo-classical pop infusion.

Lyrics:

There’s a gun by the door, there’s a woman on the floor

Who do you think did it, cause I haven’t got a clue

There’s someone at the door, knock knock want some more?

Watch out there’s something more!

Knock Knock, where do you go?

How do you hide from your skeletons?

There’s something here I don’t know…

Empty halls and promises.

Creepin’ crawlin’ in the walls, evil voices in the halls

I think I can get outta here, while your frozen with fear

Knock Knock, where do you go?

How do you hide from your skeletons?

There’s something here I don’t know…

Empty halls and promises.

for you it’s time to rest, I’m gonna try my best

To get outta here, before I feel the fear

Knock Knock, where do you go?

How do you hide from your skeletons?

There’s something here I don’t know…

Empty halls and promises.

Run Run Run Run Run Run

Run run away the closet’s opening

Quite a fearful feel

How do you hide from your skeletons?

Knock Knock, where do you go?

How do you hide from your skeletons?

There’s something here I don’t know…

Empty halls and promises.

Knock Knock, where do you go?

How do you hide from your skeletons?

There’s something here I don’t know…

Empty halls and promises.

Knock Knock Knock Knock
