Keep Me Awake

 
This one is very interesting because of the juxtaposition of dark elements with lighter more experimental ones. The percussion uses not commonly used sound effects and Foley sounds. I wanted to use these sounds to emphasis the confusing emotions that the story elicits. “Keep Me Awake” is about the inability to confront your troubles and those who cause issues in your life. This is a song about a door mat finally fighting back.
